As a Birth Doula, Sarah offers emotional, physical, and informational support for both you and your partner.  Her goal is to tailor her services to fit your specific needs to help best prepare you for your upcoming birth. Sarah focuses on creating a positive and safe environment that allows you to tap into your intuition and listen to your body throughout your prenatal/birth/postpartum/ and breastfeeding journey!

What is included?

•  Free, no obligation “meet and greet” consultation

• Phone, email, text support throughout entire pregnancy

• Complimentary Nutrition consult and continued nutrition support throughout pregnancy

• Complimentary Prenatal live virtual breastfeeding class with Danielle Henderson (IBCLC)

• Complimentary Childbirth Education class with Happy Day Doula (Kellie Bailey)

• 2 prenatal visits

• 24/7 on-call support beginning two weeks before estimated delivery

• Emotional and physical support beginning at the onset of active labor

• Immediate postpartum support and help with baby’s first feeding

• Assistance with breastfeeding

• 1 Postpartum home visit

Investment: $1100

• Non-refundable deposit of $550 is due upon contract signing (this covers prenatal visits unlimited support throughout pregnancy)

• A remainder of $550 is due 2 weeks before your estimated due date (this covers birth and postpartum support)
