Whether you are preconception, pregnant, or postpartum and breastfeeding, she can help create a balanced and intuitive plan that works for you. Pre-Pregnancy, during pregnancy, and postpartum are such important times to really learn to nourish your body, prepare for birth and postpartum/breastfeeding. It can be so hard to know what to eat and what supplements to take when there is so much information out there. I love to help guide and support women during this time, help educate about nutrition and give helpful and realistic plans and tips. During a 1 hour virtual nutrition consultation with me we will assess your unique pregnancy nutrition needs and struggles and develop a personalized plan to help you feel better and confident in how you are nourishing yourself and your growing baby. My approach is whole foods first, keeping things simple, and to take the stress out during this sacred time. I love what I do and can’t wait to work with you!
